– The item has not been opened or used and retains its original seal or packaging. Returns will not be accepted if the product is not sent in perfect condition, with its original packaging and unused. Only returns of artificial flowers will be accepted.
– The article is complete and intact, with all its corresponding accessories and original packaging of the products. These must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
– If the product is defective, the customer has the right to request replacement of the product within two days of delivery of the product, only for artificial flowers.
– Return due to defects produced in transportation or shipping error.
If the return occurs after this period, or the item has been used, is damaged or does not have its original packaging,Miguel Ángel SL Florist will not be able to accept its return and the customer will not have the right to a refund. Returns of items are only accepted if they retain their complete original labeling and have not been removed from the order.
Once the product has been received and checked by us and the return has been decided, the refund of the amount will be processed in the same way in which it was paid, except for transportation costs.
Transportation costs will be refunded only whenMiguel Ángel SL Florist be responsible for the cause of the product return (sending the wrong product, product in poor condition, etc.).
The credit card payment period always depends on the bank. The maximum period is 30 days.
Return costs such as customs fees and local taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
